Simmons takes allegations of sexual harassment seriously and is committed to preventing and addressing this conduct, as it violates our community standards and is inconsistent with mutual respect, dignity, and personal integrity. Simmons has a Sexual Harassment Policy to address such behavior. Review the sexual harrassment policy here, and complaints can be filed using this link: https://www.simmons.edu/your-simmons/commitment-inclusivity/title-ix/filing-complaint.
The Student Affairs division is well known for providing student support on health and wellness issues, food and housing insecurity, and other out-of-class concerns. We empower students to be leaders through student organizations, student employment roles, and co-curricular experiences. Our Student Affairs team works hard to provide students with an experience that allows them to feel at home at Simmons. We want every Simmons student to reach their potential, gain valuable skills, and be transformed as a result of their experience.
The Public Safety Department provides police and security services to the Simmons University community. The department operates around the clock, every day of the year.

Violence Prevention & Educational Outreach Program (VPEO)
The Simmons VPEO works to educate and spread awareness around forms of gender-based violence, prevent the occurrence of violence on our campus or impacting our community, familiarizing community members with Simmons policy and protocol to address and respond to these issues if they arise, and to support and advocate for student survivors of violence. We conduct weekly programming and hold weekly office hours for peer support. For more information, contact [email protected].
