We offer a variety of spaces for programs and events — including a spacious conference center, intimate meeting rooms, lecture halls, and multimedia electronic classrooms. The Simmons conference services team collaborates with customers to plan, customize, and deliver affordable, successful events and meetings.

Library Study Rooms
The library has 20 group study rooms for student use. Each can accommodate two to six students. Group study rooms can be reserved for three-hour blocks up to 28 days in advance using the Library Study Room Reservations system. Booking in advance is recommended to ensure availability. The library works with the Office of Accessibility Services to reserve group study rooms for single-person use.
